Investment Seminar in Allgäu Hotel
When looking for a hotel to present an investment seminar in, it’s first of all important to start looking way ahead of the actual seminar date one has in mind. A couple of months in advance would be prudent. As a matter of fact, if the proposed seminar date is likely to occur around times when a lot of hotels tend to be quite busy, then it might be advisable to start looking six months in advance.

Make a checklist of all the things you’ll require on the day. Then, look for a hotel that has as many of them as possible. You might want to check Hotel Allgäu, for instance, to see if they offer a conference room big enough to hold the amount of attendees expected. Also check what they offer in terms of parking space. Do they offer on-site parking? If so, would there be enough on the day(s) of the seminar? Is there a charge? Is there offsite parking nearby should there be insufficient space?
And what about the actual seminar itself - one can imagine that a laptop, a projector and a technician might be needed. Check what the hotel can provide. If they do not have their own in-house technician, then you’d need to decide whether it’s worth hiring your own.
Food is important. Would the hotel be able to provide exclusive catering facilities and waiters during tea breaks and lunchtimes?
Hotels not only make great spaces for conferences and seminars, but there’s the added advantage of not having to go far to book a guestroom if the seminar is planned to last for a few days. Some hotels such as Hotel Oberstdorf might also be able to offer guestroom discounts to seminar attendees (or one could suggest the idea to them – there’s no harm in trying!)
